Welcome to this newsletter where we publish the most recent features from our projects.
Overview on the team's activities across our Hubs
This year, we consolidated a total of 150 Webhelpers worldwide committed on HPE projects.
Our biggest operations remain in Europe while we expanded our footprint by opening 3 new locations. Focusing on Sales & Customer Support, we are providing native services on all major markets for HPE: EMEA, Americas & APJ.

We are redesigning the responsibilities among our staff in order to be more connected to our stakeholders while making sure to always support our operations:

The Best Places to Work® organization revealed its yearly rankings featuring Webhelp across three of its lists including landing in the top 10 Best Places to Work in the World and Best Places to Work in Africa, and scooping the number 1 spot for Best Places to Work for Women in Algeria, highlighting Webhelp’s commitment to its unique people-first culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

Vision of an Open Future
The #MWC23 held in Barcelona hosted more than 85.000 attendees & over 2.000 exhibitors. The Metaverse, 5G, Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability are all among the core topics at this year ’ s congress. All of these solutions need a highprofile human component: to onboard clients, to support users, to engage with them and create a community.
Webhelp was represented through which aims at supporting startups in differentiating themselves, scale-up their team and improve their CX operations, quickly and simply.
We attended a fireside chat with Helena Guardans, president of Webhelp Spain. She shared her insights and lessons learned from her career as a founder and leader in a male-dominated industry. With over two decades of experience in the field, she has seen the evolution of customer service and been a key player in disrupting the industry
Among the Tech exhibitors HPE had a very well designed booth and made it attractive through panel speakers. All of its major Alliance partners were also represented and we visited some of them: Microsoft, Intel, VMWare, RedHat,...
