Concentrix + Webhelp Team, Wow! The day we have all been waiting for is here! I am excited and honored to share an incredible moment in the history of Concentrix and Webhelp with you! Just a few short months ago, we announced our intention to bring two great companies together to create a world-class customer experience (CX) solutions and technology leader, and today we made it official – we are now One Team! This truly is an exciting day and I hope you’ll join in the celebrations all over the world to officially kick off this next chapter in our history.

Starting today and until we choose a permanent name, we’ll be known as Concentrix + Webhelp This interim naming is just the beginning – there are so many things we will accomplish together. In the video below, I’ll share the vision for our bright future, introduce our new culture statements and talk a bit about importance of our collective roles as ‘game-changers’!

June 6th isn’t just any date, it’s Webhelp’s 23rd birthday. The perfect occasion to come together and celebrate our gamechangers. This year our Theme is Unity: Let’s “Unite & Celebrate” in a Festival. Some really got creative around the Flower Power dress-code. Our festival also has a commitment to avoid single use plastic as much as possible to show our unity to Greenhelp. We had on-site activities in all our hubs such as concerts from our Webhelp’s Greatest Talent in Barcelona, a multicultural breakfast in Prague or some cooking-challenge in Stuttgart. We also connected for online activities

Game-changers across our Webhelp world are gearing up for some ‘friendly’ competition. With some on-site activities such as Padel, Table Tennis, Walk, ...

All of our teams are encouraged to participate, in each Hub, for all Countries as we have a global App UnitedHeroes to register all activities.

Moving for mental health. This year, our theme focuses on the benefits of exercise for your mental health. We have the chance to count on a guest speaker providing us some valuable insights around balancing wellness and preven ong run

Satisfaction surveys exceed expectations

YourCall is the yearly survey we send to all colleagues worldwide It's managed with Peakon and gathers precious feedback. This year, we closed with our highest ever participation rate of 82%, that’s 87,020 game-changers. We're very proud of this response rate -for reference the industry benchmark for people engagement surveys participation is 76%.

On HPE account our participation rate is 66%

We keep repeating that Feedback is a gift which is why we encourage our teams to voice any useful tips on improving. More than 50% Webhelpers scored between 9 & 10 The strongest topics being the peer relationships, the goalsetting and the management support. Our priorities remain doing a meaningful work, the freedom of opinions & the environment.

We are working on a specific Action Plan on HPE account where we'll implement global initiatives as well as more local ones in each Hub according to specific feedback.

Saying that we are a People-first company is easy applying it day after day is where we make a difference!

MyClient is a similar satisfaction survey we send out to HPE stakeholders - as well as the rest of other clients. It's managed with Medallia and allows us to compare with a Global Benchmark for B2B.

Overall at Webhelp we ' ve reached more than 35% participation, our best response rate to date. On HPE account our participation rate is 42%.

The Group Result is positive with an average 42pt Net Promoter Score (NPS)the highest ever achieved by Webhelp On HPE account the outstanding record goes up to 75pt NPS, ranking us 2nd among the 20 Global Accounts. It's a top performance achieved thanks to the collaboration of each Game-changer, making a difference on their daily commitment!

Lego Serious Play® workshops

This workshop is built upon a process which stems from the heart of LEGO bricks The LEGO Group had been telling children to ‘build their dreams’ for decades, so adults could be asked to build their visions for future strategy. Building upon the inclusive and participatory nature of the LEGO System, it rejects the idea that external ‘experts’ must be brought in to identify problems, and to propose solutions. On the contrary, it begins with the assumption that the answers are ‘already in the room ’ , and invites participants to ‘think with their hands’ to build their understandings Every member of the team participates, and everyone has a voice.

Career Path, what's your next objective?

From early career to senior positions, there's a fit for all profiles. Each project has it's own career path with their specific metrics. What's common though is the training portfolio available to all Game-changers.

From generic soft skills to specific Sales acumen, you can pick any session to learn new things It will also provide you with a clear picture of your strengths and weaknesses.

In the mid-year review or your quarterly one-to-one with your team leader, feel free to ask for advice on which path would better suit to your profile and ambition. We always encourage our teams to grow and if there's any training missing to the portfolio feel free to escalate to higher management in order to find an alternative For example in Spain we can benefit from the PIF (Permiso Individual de Formación).
