Spring Alliance Academy
HPE held another incredible Digital Sales Spring Alliance Academy in Barcelona! Sponsored by their invaluable Alliance partners (Veeam, Microsoft & AMD)
During the plenary session, HPE CSO Heiko Meyer, challenged the Barcelona Sales Center, as a unique workspace innovation HUB, to participate in a special panel discussion about the “Journey to Win”. On stage, Priscilla Asante, Charlotte Jonette, Marc Valldeneu & Philipp Maucher delved into discussions about accountability, cross-geo collaboration & success
Albert Bosch, an adventurer and explorer, also gave a great lecture about situational Leadership to inspire on topics related to the environmental protection. A special shoutout to the organization for their tireless dedication in making this event a remarkable success year after year and our participating Game-Changers.

This May we organized a Kickoff for the team in Barcelona, a day filled with different events & training with our Sales Support Team.
The chance to recognize each other, look back and acknowledge the path we took together and the outcomes.
Such a pleasure to be able to see the fruits of consistent hard work, commitment, and a solid bonding between the team forged by lots of battles together.
Important is the WHAT, also the WH HOW we agreed to interact one an HOW we respect each other and o HOW important we are one anoth y p
We recognized the Human Factor as an undeniable glue in this complex IT world. Our relationships and their quality will determine the long term outcomes and ITMSS ARUBA mission is the essence to connect the dots.

After meeting the teams in Prague & Stuttgart, Andy Webster, our VP for hightech accounts, has met the crew in Barcelona late May. On the agenda: a business review from managers showing what their teams achieve, a leadership & communication workshop from our very own Bernardo Facta and a lunch with all Game-Changers. It was a time to get to know everyone involved in making things happen between Concentrix & HPE. His feedback was positive: “it’s great to see the environment we ’ re working in, the hub at Selva de Mar is unique and everyone I met seem committed to bringing the best to the client! The HPE stakeholders were also very welcoming and I’m glad we can support their growth.”

Happy Pride Month!
We kick off our Power In Pride celebration, taking the opportunity to educate and inspire everyone about the importance of this month.
What is Pride Month?
June is dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community, commemorating the impact they have had on global history, and recognizing progress toward equality It is also an opportunity to raise awareness about the issues and challenges facing the LGBTQ+ community, and to reflect on the importance of acceptance and inclusion.
Why do we celebrate Pride Month?
Understanding the LGBTQ+ community People around the world celebrate Pride Month every June to commemorate the Stonewall Uprising, a week-long protest in 1969 following a police raid on a popular gay bar in New York City that electrified the fight for LGBTQ+ rights around the world
Understanding the LGBTQ+ community
LGBTQ+ is made up of lesbian, gay, transgender, transsexual, bisexual, intersex, queer and all other identities and orientations included in the +. It is a diverse community united by a shared history and the fight for equal rights
The Importance of Allyship
Being an ally means supporting and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community It’s about creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. You can be an ally by joining our GameChanger Resource Group (GRG) Pride With our GRG Pride, we celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community among game-changers, providing resources for rowth and development through education, communication, and mentorship.
