There's an endless array of social gatherings
AWA has 12 different social groups that provide a great way to meet others while enjoying tasty food, playing a game or having a fascinating discussion about a new book. Below are the descriptions of all of our social groups and how to find more information about joining them.
Drop-In Drinks – If you are interested in socializing with other members in the evening, then join us for a drink (or two) at one of our Drop-In Drinks held regularly throughout the year. barnight@awasingapore.org DISH - Fancy being a lady who lunches? Love trying the latest restaurants? Self-identify as a foodie? Then AWA DISH is for you! DISH is our very popular monthly social luncheon and a great way to socialize while trying out some of the best restaurants around town. dish@awasingapore.org High Tea - Pinkies up, ladies! Drop-In Coffee – If you’re looking for a gateway into the AWA, Drop-In Coffee is a great place to start, whether you are a prospective, new or seasoned member. We meet every week and look forward to having you join us for a coffee and a chat. coffee@ awasingapore.org
Mahjong - Looking to embrace your inner Crazy Rich Asian? Our AWA Mahjong group is very popular with both daytime and evening play. And if you don’t know a Crazy Chow from the Three Great Scholars, then give one of our Mahjong Learn to Play Lessons offered throughout the year a try. You won’t want to miss AWA Mahjong’s annual holiday and end of season parties.
