he 2021 Italian Budget Law introduces some provisions concerning the creation of a computerised loading and unloading register for cereals and flours. This rule provides that any company holding an amount of more than 5 tonnes of a specific product per year will be obliged to record the loading and unloading operations of that product, from
whatever source, within seven working days, in a special computerised register set up within the services of the National Agricultural Information System. Once again, Italmopa expresses its opposition to this rule that might lead, if it does not undergo significant changes, to the partial interruption of production, and many milling plants could even risk closing down.
