COMMUNITY UPDATES

There are so many reasons to love Avalon Park Wesley Chapel. More than a neighborhood, Avalon Park is a community, where residents can get to know each other and form long-lasting friendships. From pocket parks and inviting front porches where neighbors can share coffee and casual conversations, to fun amenities such as swimming pools, hot tub, and grilling picnic area for the whole family to enjoy.

Monthly activities, both big and small, add to the community’s charm and provide neighbors with the opportunity to interact with one another. Avalon Park brings out the fun with several festivals throughout the year, featuring anything from fireworks to laser light shows and fire dancers. But we also love having smaller community events such as movies under the stars, jazz concerts, and food truck nights.

There is something for everyone in Avalon Park. The outdoor enthusiasts come out to enjoy the community playgrounds, basketball court, and splash zones with their friends and loved ones. And we can’t forget our four-legged friends who also get to enjoy a fun day outdoors in the community dog park. For the avid readers, Avalon Park’s Little Library is the perfect place to find the next exciting read and share their favorite books with the community.

All of the amenities listed above add to the magic of Avalon Park, but what truly makes Avalon Park special is our residents and the love they have for their neighbors and the community as a whole, which shines through from their willingness to lend a helping hand for those who need and their ability to be there for each other during both good times and bad. As the community grows, we hope that love only continues to expand.
