THE
MILLENNIAL MINUTE with Stacey Landero Loan Officer Grand Savings Bank, Rogers
WHEN AND WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO BECOME A BANKER?
WHAT IS THE BEST ADVICE YOU EVER RECEIVED?
I became a banker as soon as I graduated from High School. I took a banking and financing class my senior year and was interested to learn more about it. I applied and immediately fell in love with the industry!
Don’t ever stop learning and growing both in your day-to-day life and career. If you are comfortable, you are not growing!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING A COMMUNITY BANKER?
WHAT IS THE NERDIEST THING YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME?
My favorite thing about being a community banker is being able to grow relationships by building a foundation of trust and friendships. It is important to share my knowledge and to help provide financial tools for them to be successful. Their success helps to make our community Grand.
The nerdiest thing about me is Sudoku, it has become a nightly routine. Before bed I turn on jazz music and open my Sudoku book, it is the best way for me to unwind.
