Location: Preet Vihar, East-Delhi Site area: 37,000 sqm Built-up Area: 20,000 sqm Ground Coverage: 45% No of visitors: 300-400 visitors per day

3.2.2 Site Vikas Marg in Preet Vihar is the most congested stretch within the precinct experiencing a high traffic volume. Of late, the corridor and neighbourhood edges have been further compromised by surface parking by shop owners. New vendors encroaching on to the road have also constrained the traffic flow.
