Whether you’re a longtime member or celebrating your first holiday season with us, we invite you to be part of the joy, connection, and community spirit that make this time so special at Ansley.
Helpful Reminders for a Smooth Season
Inside this year’s Holiday Booklet, you’ll find a carefully crafted lineup of events designed to capture the magic of the season. We’ve included everything you need to plan ahead: reservation dates, event details, and cancellation deadlines. Please take a moment to note the “reservations open” dates and the cancellation deadlines to avoid late change fees.
Reservations can be made easily through the Ansley App or by contacting our Front Desk team. Many events sell out quickly, so we encourage you to act fast once reservations open.
If your plans change, please remember to cancel any waitlist spots you no longer need. For Santa Brunches specifically, once you’re confirmed for one, we’ll remove you from other waitlists to help streamline the process. There are hundreds of reservations we handle in a given holiday season and managing the waitlist aspect is a big task for your catering team. Our goal is to accommodate as many of your fellow Ansley families as possible.

COOKING CLASS
Join Chef Trae for this fun cooking class for adults featuring Thanksgiving Favorites. After the class enjoy the fruits of your labor!

Celebrate the season of gratitude with family and friends at our Thanksgiving Buffet—featuring all the classic favorites, expertly prepared by the Ansley culinary team. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holidays together.

Skip the stress of prepping and cooking—our talented culinary team has your Thanksgiving feast covered. Simply heat and serve a delicious, chef-prepared meal that brings all the comfort and flavor of a homemade holiday without the hassle.
Maximum of 60 to go orders available.
Each to go package will serve 4-6 people and will include the following:

Featuring the Annual Tree Lighting Celebration
Kick off the holiday season with festive fun for the whole family! Starting at 5:30 p.m., explore holiday-themed food stations and stroll about the 3rd floor for activities and to have your family photos taken with Santa. Then, gather in the Grand Ballroom at 7:00 p.m. as we come together for our cherished annual Tree Lighting Celebration.

Family Holiday Portraits & Cookie Decorating
Join us for a fun morning of Christmas and Hanukkah cookie decorating, craft activities and family photos. Light refreshments and a hot chocolate bar will be available. Santa will be on site for those looking for a traditional picture with Santa, and we will also have a separate festive backdrop perfect for other holiday family portraits.
When: Saturday, December 6 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Where: Grand Ballroom
Cost: $28 Adults | $20 Children (ages 4-11) Under 4 Years complimentary Plus the fee for the photography session of $65

Please Note: Only one immediate family permitted for each photography sitting. Extended families who are also members must have a separate sitting for their own households and are charged a session fee.
Pictures are available for download in an online gallery the week following. The $65 fee is for the sitting only; pricing for prints is additional and will be based on your individual order and charged through the photographer.

Celebrate the season at one of our joyful holiday brunches, perfect for the whole family.
Enjoy a festive buffet surrounded by twinkling lights, shimmering ornaments, and lush holiday greenery that bring the spirit of the season to life throughout the Club.
Santa will be spreading cheer at all three brunches—don’t forget your wish lists!
Seating Times for All Three Dates:
Third Floor: 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $70 Adults | $25 Children (ages 6-11) + $65.00 for photography session. Under 6 Years Dine with our Compliments. Drinks by member signature.

Gingerbread House Decorating
Start your morning with a little holiday magic! Gather with your family for a cheerful gingerbread house decorating experience, complete with festive activities and seasonal treats. Enjoy light refreshments as you craft your unique creation, and warm up at our cozy hot cocoa bar.
This members-only event is limited to 125 guests and 70 gingerbread houses per session—be sure to reserve your spot early!
When: Saturday, December 13
Two Sessions: 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Cost: $60 per house plus $28 for adults 12 and over $20 Children (ages 4-11)

This is a “member only” event.
To be able to accommodate as many Ansley families as possible, the number of houses reserved cannot exceed the number of children in your party. No more than 4 houses per family. If you have more than 4 children in your immediate family who will be attending and will need a house for each, please sign up for the 4 and then contact Julie Bottiglieri in the Catering Department at events@ansleygc.org.

Home for Happy Hour
Raise a glass to the season at our signature holiday event! This highly anticipated evening brings together over 500 members for a night of festive fun. The evening features a heavy hors d’oeuvres cocktail party, a special selection of complimentary wines, and music throughout the third floor as well as in the Ansley Room.
This event is exclusively for adults - guests must be 21 and over to attend.
When: Friday, December 19 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Where: 3rd Floor plus the Ansley Room

Bring the whole family and celebrate the end of another year with us! Enjoy a New Year's Eve brunch, entertainment, and countdown as the clock strikes NOON! This is a member only event.
