As we get ready to transform our spaces into a festive wonderland, we look forward to hosting you, your loved ones, and your special guests at our annual holiday events. At Ansley, we’ve built a rich tapestry of memorable traditions over the years, and we encourage new members to become part of this magical experience and create their own holiday memories.

In our specially curated booklet, you'll discover an exciting lineup of events that the Ansley team has meticulously planned to make your holiday season truly special. From joyful gatherings to heartwarming celebrations, we have a host of activities that cater to all ages and interests. Our holiday season is brimming with festive spirit, and this booklet provides all the details you need to make the most of it.
RESERVATIONS MADE EASY
To ensure your holiday season with us is seamless, we've provided contact information, reservation opening dates, and cancellation deadlines in this booklet. We kindly ask that you keep an eye on these deadlines, as late cancellations will incur the full event charge. Our goal is to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, and adhering to these guidelines helps us achieve just that.
Making reservations is a breeze; you can use the convenient Ansley App or reach out to our dedicated club Receptionist, who will be more than happy to assist you. However, we'd like to remind you that our holiday functions tend to sell out quickly. So, as you're making your holiday plans, be sure to mark down the opening dates for each event in your calendar. Additionally, we kindly ask that you remember to also cancel your waitlist reservations if you are no longer interested or able to attend. This allows us to accommodate the next family on the list who is anxiously awaiting word that they can attend. With regards to the Santa Brunches, if you do get into a Santa Brunch then we will automatically remove you from any waitlists for any of the other brunches or seatings. There are hundreds of reservations we handle in a given holiday season and managing the waitlist aspect is a big task for your catering team. Our goal is to accommodate as many of your fellow Ansley families as possible.

Thanksgiving Favorites
COOKING CLASS
Join Chef Trae for this fun cooking class for adults featuring Thanksgiving Favorites. After the class enjoy the fruits of your labor!
When: Friday, November 8, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Where: Sherwood Room
Cost: $125 per person

ThanksgivingTwo Ways Thanksgiving Buffet at Midtown
Come gather with your loved ones for the first event of the holiday season. Enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving buffet with all of the favorites.

Thanksgiving To Go
This year Ansley will provide Thanksgiving to go. Relax and let your Ansley culinary team do the hard part for you. All you’ll need to do is pop it in the oven on Thanksgiving Day and serve!
Each to go package will serve 4-6 people and will include the following:
• Whole Roasted Turkey (12-14 lbs pre-cooked weight)
• Ansley House Salad
• Caesar Salad
• Mashed Potatoes
• Sweet Potato Casserole
• Cornbread Stuffing
• Cranberry Sauce
No substitutions allowed.
• Green Bean Casserole
• Roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon & onions
• Turkey Gravy
• Potato Rolls
• Whole Pies: 1 of each Apple and Pumpkin
• Whipped Cream
A gluten free package is available upon request.

Festival of Lights
Featuring the Annual Tree Lighting Celebration
Enjoy family-friendly food stations throughout the 3rd floor and other festive activities starting at 5:30 p.m. and then join us at 7:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom for our annual tree lighting celebration.
When: Sunday, December 1

Waitlist
Family Holiday Portraits
On this date, Santa will be available for photos by appointment only, with 8 appointments slated per 30-minute time period. We will also have a separate festive backdrop perfect for other holiday family portraits.
When: Sunday, December 7, Appointments from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Where: Grand Ballroom
Cost: $70 photography session fee
Pictures are available for download in an online gallery the week following. The $70 fee is for the sitting only; pricing for prints is based on your individual order and charged through the photographer.
RSVP: Required. Call the Club Receptionist to book your appointment time. Appointments are available to book from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Please Note: Only one immediate family permitted per time slot. Extended families who are also members must book time slots for their own households and are charged a session fee.
Reservations Open Friday, October 4, 9:30 a.m. Portrait appointments are for members only.
Cancellation deadline: Thursday, November 21, 12:00 p.m.
Cancellations received after this time will result in the full charge of the sitting fee, $70.
Holiday Brunches
Delight in a spectacular festive brunch buffet with your family amidst beautifully adorned holiday decorations. Twinkling lights, sparkling ornaments, and elegant wreaths create a magical atmosphere at the club, enhancing the joy of the season. Prepare those wish lists and be sure to arrive a bit early to capture memorable family photos with Santa, framed by the enchanting and festive decor.

Gingerbread House Decorating
Join us for a special morning of gingerbread house decorating and other festive activities. We’ll provide light refreshments while you are creating your masterpiece, along with our hot cocoa and cider station.
This event is limited to members only, up to 125 people per session. Limited to 70 houses per session.
When: Saturday, December 14
Two Sessions: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Cost: $45 per house plus $32.00 for adults 12 and older and all those who register under 12 years old

To be able to accommodate as many Ansley families as possible, the number of houses reserved cannot exceed the number of children in your party. No more than 4 houses per family. If you have more than 4 children in your immediate family who will be attending and will need a house for each, please sign up for the 4 and then contact Julie Bottiglieri in the Catering Department at events@ansleygc.org.

'Tis the season to gather and celebrate! This event has become a cherished annual tradition, with over 500 joining in the magic of this very special night. The evening features a heavy hors d’oeuvres cocktail party, a special selection of complimentary wines, and music throughout the third floor.
This is an adult only event, must be 21+ to attend.
