Reglamento de Régimen Interior del Establecimiento El establecimiento dispone del siguiente Reglamento de Régimen Interior que será de obligado cumplimiento para los huéspedes y clientes del establecimiento. Su objetivo es la convivencia respetuosa entre todos los huéspedes y para con el alojamiento.

El establecimiento fijará en el reglamento de régimen interior las normas de obligado cumplimiento por los usuarios durante la estancia. El reglamento especifica las condiciones de admisión, las normas de convivencia y funcionamiento, así como todo aquello que permita y favorezca el normal desenvolvimiento del disfrute de las instalaciones, equipamientos y servicios, sin que pueda contravenir lo dispuesto según las leyes.

1. El titular del establecimiento podrá recabar el auxilio de los agentes de la autoridad para desalojar de los mismos a los usuarios que incumplan el presente reglamento o que pretendan acceder o permanecer en los mismos con una finalidad diferente al normal uso del servicio.

2. El reglamento está a disposición de los usuarios y está expuesto en la recepción del establecimiento.

3. Los usuarios tienen la obligación de abonar el importe de los servicios contratados en el momento de la llegada o en las condiciones pactadas.

4. El hotel podrá solicitar garantía previa de pago con tarjeta de crédito.

5. La reserva comienza a las 12 horas del primer día del periodo contratado y finaliza a las 11 del día de salida, excepto comunicación en contrario. Para posibles cambios de horario de entrada o salida se deberá consultar en recepción. La ocupación prolongada por un tiempo superior al descrito ocasionará el deber de abonar un importe adicional.

6. No se permite la estancia o acceso al apartamento de más personas que las plazas contratadas.

7. El horario de limpieza de habitaciones es de 9:30 a 13:30 h. Se realiza limpieza diaria. El cambio de toallas se realiza a petición del cliente o discreción del personal de limpieza, el de sábanas 1 vez en semana para estancias de 7 ó más noches.

8. Se prohíbe fumar en el interior del establecimiento.

9. El servicio de café, té y galletas, es para uso dentro del salón, no se permite sacar fuera de éste.

10. Se prohíbe introducir comidas o bebidas para su consumo en zonas comunes del establecimiento; salones, piscina, solárium, etc.

11. No se admiten animales, a excepción de perros guía.

12. No se permiten fiestas.

13. Se impedirá el acceso y permanencia de personas en los siguientes supuestos: • Cuando la persona manifieste actitudes violentas, se conforme de forma agresiva o provoque altercados, origine situaciones de peligro o molestias a otros, o no reúna las condiciones de higiene.

• Cuando provoquen ruidos que molesten el normal desarrollo del establecimiento.

• Cuando adopte medidas o actitudes contra la sanidad y limpieza del establecimiento.

• Cuando se atenta contra la normal convivencia social del establecimiento.

• Cuando se niegue al pago de los servicios contratados o las penalizaciones debidas.

• Cuando esté registrado por la dirección como huésped non grato por incidentes anteriores.

14. La persona quedará igualmente obligada al abono de los gastos.

15. No se puede acceder a espacios reservados o privados.

16. El alojamiento no se hace responsable de robos, hurtos o pérdida de objetos.

17. En caso de desear que no se le moleste en su apartamento, cuelgue el aviso “No Molestar” en el exterior de la puerta.

18. Está prohibido utilizar toallas o menaje de la habitación para su uso exterior.

19. El mobiliario y utensilios de los apartamentos, así como del resto de estancias del establecimiento, forman parte de los servicios prestados y se han dispuesto con la intención de hacer su estancia lo más agradable posible. Se ruega un uso adecuado de los mismos y no mover de las estancias donde se encuentran. En todo caso, son propiedad del establecimiento.

En caso de pérdida, sustracción o deterioro injustificado el establecimiento se reserva el derecho a exigir su correspondiente abono.

20. Respeten las normas específicas de uso, horario y acceso de las estancias comunes, zonas de paso y habitaciones.

21. Se ruega silencio a partir de las 22 p.m.

22. La dirección recomienda: • Si va a realizar una excursión de senderismo solo, informe a Recepción de su ruta prevista.

• La instalación eléctrica es de 220 voltios.

• Si descubre algún deterioro o anomalía, póngase en contacto con recepción.

• Respete las zonas en las que se encuentran las instalaciones durante las horas nocturnas y de siesta y en general, evite hacer ruido innecesariamente.

• Rogamos utilicen las instalaciones adecuadamente, respetando el mobiliario y los jardines.

• Para evitar el peligro de accidentes, no use objetos de cristal y/o loza en la zona de piscina.

Lodging Internal Regulations The lodging has the following Internal Regulations mandatory for guests and customers. The goal of these regulations is to optimize coexistence between guests and the facilities.

The lodging states the internal regulations for mandatory fulfilment on the part of the guests during their stay. The regulations specify the conditions of admission, coexistence rules and functioning, as well as any other recommendations in favour of the seamless enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services, always according to the law.

1. The management can request the aid of authoritative agents to remove any guest or user that does not comply with these internal regulations or that intends to access or stay in the facilities with an alternative intent to the normal use.

2. The regulations are visible to users, and are available at reception.

3. Customers are bound to pay for the requested services on arrival or as established with the management.

4. The apartments may request a pre-payment guarantee with credit card data.

5. The reservation begins at 12 noon on the first day of the booked period and finishes at 11 am on departure day, except otherwise communicated by the management. Any request to extend the check-in or checkout time will be granted at management discretion and it may imply the payment of an additional fee.

6. It is not permitted that more people than are specified and registered on reservation / arrival occupy the rooms.

7. Chambermaid service is from 9:30 to 13:30 h. The stay includes daily cleaning. Fresh towels will be supplied when requested or at our chambermaid discretion, linen change once per week for stays of 7 nights or longer.

8. It is not permitted to smoke inside the building.

9. Our complimentary coffee, tea and cookies service is for consumption in our lounge, do not take away.

10. It is not permitted to bring in foodstuff or drinks for consumption in the communal areas of the establishment.

11. No partying without permission. If permitted, the management will specify a limited time and location for the activity.

12. No pets admitted, except guide dogs.

13. Admittance will be fundamentally refused in the following cases: • When the person displays violent behaviour, aggression or provokes arguments that lead to dangerous situations, risk or nuisance to others, or does not comply with a minimum of good hygiene.

• When they produce noise that disturbs the normal activities of the establishment.

• When they adopt measures against the health and tidiness of the establishment.

• When the social coexistence in the establishment is threatened.

• On refusal to pay for the services or cancellation penalties incurred.

• If the named person is included in the guest black list due to previous issues.

14. The guest will remain bound to the payment of their expenses.

15. Access to restricted or private areas is not permitted.

16. The management is not to be held responsible for theft or loss of personal items.

17. If you do not wish to be disturbed in your apartment, please put the “Do not disturb” sign outside your door.

18. Towels, household goods or equipment in your apartment are not to be taken or used outside.

19. Furniture and household goods belonging to the apartments and other areas are a part of the service and are there to make your stay agreeable. Please take proper care of these items and do not relocate them, they are the owned by the establishment. In case of loss, theft or disrepair the management has the right to request compensation.

20. Respect the specific rules of usage, schedules and access to the facilities and apartments.

21. Silence please from 10 p.m.

22. The management recommends: • If you are to trek alone, please inform our reception of your intended route.

Electric installations - 220 volts.

If you find any defect or problem please contact our reception or guest-service line.

Please respect the facilities during ‘siesta’ and night hours. In general, please avoid unnecessary disturbance.

Please use the facilities adequately, respecting furniture and gardens.

To avoid risk of accidents, do not use glass or ceramic objects in the gardens or pool area.
