El agua desciende hasta nuestro molino desde el corazón del Parque Nacional tras su caída por el Chorro del Cedro, la mayor cascada de Canarias. Enjoy this spot at the foot of the Pedro and Petra Rocks, at the northern edge of the Garajonay National Park. The Ethnographic Park of La Gomera “PEG Los Telares” is a must-see during your visit to La Gomera. A glimpse into the history of La Gomera through our plantation and garden, our antiques collection and the remaining functioning watermill out of the 14 mills that were scattered around the ravine. The water flows from the heart of our National Park down to our mill, just after a deep fall at “El Chorro”, Canary Island’s tallest waterfall. Discover the essence of our island and the landscapes that mankind created on La Gomera.

Ubicado en pleno centro histórico del impresionante valle de Hermigua, donde desde el siglo XVII se alza el Convento de Santo Domingo. El pueblo tiene una historia de abundancia con el “mejor clima del mundo” según el naturalista Humboldt, y fue durante siglos el más rico de la isla gracias al agua de sus barrancos.
Located in the historic centre of the valley of Hermigua, where the Convent of Santo Domingo was erected in the 17th Century. This village has a past of abundance, boasting the “World’s Best Climate” according to naturalist Alexander von Humboldt, being the wealthiest of La Gomera thanks also to the water from it’s ravines.

A The last remaining water mill in La Gomera. You will be able to closely observe the mechanisms of milling stones and mill-wheel that are put in motion exclusively by the force of the water. The ethnographic museum on the inside of the mill is a selection from the largest private collection on the island, with more than 500 pieces dating from the aborigines to the 20th Century.

Último molino de agua existente en La Gomera. Accionado únicamente con la fuerza motriz del agua, podrás observar de cerca el mecanismo de su rueda y piedras molineras. La colección en su interior es la más importante de la isla, una selección de entre más de 500 piezas, que datan desde los aborígenes hasta principios del siglo XX.

Palmeras guaraperas en proceso de explotación, de las que se obtiene el guarapo o savia para la elaboración de la miel de palma. Única finca en explotación donde podrás ver cómo recolectamos la fruta o verduras para nuestras elaboraciones en nuestro rincón gastronómico.
