Hola viajero, muchas de las habilidades que he aprendido han sido resultado de una curiosidad irrefrenable, me han permitido trabajar en lugares geniales, rodeado de gente excepcional, con ideas y visión muy por encima del promedio, todo esto luego de la U. Por eso el autodidactismo es importante para marcar metas reales, tanto de carácter general, como parcial. Las metas que nos marquemos durante el camino de nuestra formación nos animarán a continuar y no desistir, alcanzando así nuestros objetivos generales o finales. ¿Están todas las personas preparadas para ser autodidactas? No. La autodisciplina necesaria, el exceso de información existente -no siempre útil o veraz- y la falta de tiempo para discernir qué es importante y que no lo es, hace que muy pocas personas estén preparadas para formarse de manera autodidacta. Por tanto, no todas son ventajas con este método. Como en cualquier proceso de autoaprendizaje, siempre se necesita a una persona que nos guíe, nos asesore y nos ayude a enfrentarnos a determinados obstáculos. Es en ese momento cuándo la formación e-learning puede jugar un papel importante, puesto que siempre es necesaria la ayuda de un profesor o tutor que te “acompañe” en el camino del aprendizaje y te permita compartir ideas, opiniones etc. Por eso la formación e-learning resulta atractiva y positiva porque maximiza las temáticas en las que el autodidactismo “dirigido” es viable, al ofrecer el apoyo de docentes que ayudan al alumno en los momentos críticos que, sin esta ayuda, detendrían su proceso formativo. Mi objetivo es alentar tus ganas de aprender nuevas cosas, que salgas de tu zona de confort para que seas el adelantado que pueda cambiar su realidad y la de su comunidad. ¡Sigue volando! 68
Hello traveler, many of the skills I have learned have been the result of an unstoppable curiosity. These skills have allowed me to work in great places, surrounded by exceptional people, with ideas and vision well above average, all this besides going to college. In order to teach yourself, it is important to set real goals-both general and partial. The goals that we set for ourselves during the course of our formation will encourage us to continue and not give up, thus propelling us to reach our final objectives. But is self-learning effective as a learning method? No. The necessary self-discipline, the excess of existing information -not always useful or truthful- and the lack of time to discern what is important and what is not, means that very few people are prepared to be trained in a selftaught way. Therefore, not everything is an advantage with this method. As in any self-learning process, we always need a person to guide us, advise us and help us face certain obstacles. It is at that moment when e-learning can play an important role, in order to provide the help of a teacher or tutor who "accompanies" you on the path of learning and allows you to share ideas, opinions, etc., which is always necessary. Still, e-learning is attractive and positive because it maximizes the topics in which "directed" self-teaching is viable, by offering the support of teachers who help the student at critical moments that, without this help, would hinder their formation. The purpose of this article is to encourage you and your desire to learn new things, and thus to help you leave your comfort zone so that you can change your reality and that of your community.
