NOSTALGIA
Recollection of KLASS and Me At Alice Smith, staff are one of the pillars of our school community. Our staff go the extra mile to enhance and enrich the lives and learning of our students. Each staff member demonstrates a strong commitment to the wellbeing of our students and shows support towards the development of the school. In this issue of Nostalgia, we learn more about 2 of our long-service staff on their lives with Alice Smith so far. How long have you taught in Alice Smith? I started teaching in Alice Smith School in Term 3, 1996. What inspired you to teach and choose Alice Smith? I love teaching the little ones especially Foundation Stage 1 and 2, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. What would the students be surprised to find out about you? My students are usually surprised to see me dance and perform Gamelan especially when it is a public performance. If you won the lottery and decided to give up teaching, what would you do instead? I would open an orphanage house to help unfortunate children for them to have a better life in future.
