Four $500 scholarships were given to our seniors in Key Club. The names of those students are Trinity Adams, Emily Smith, Sai Gelivi, and Elaine Yang.

Upcoming Events June 15- Summer Reading Program "Kickoff Event" Be there at 7:30 August 8th- Freshman Orientation 4:15 start, dinner 5:30, Parent Meeting 6;30 September 31st- Saint Jude's fundraising @ Football game October 8th- Alzheimer's Walk Begins 9 a.m. till 1 p.m.

October 10th- Homecoming Parade Key Club Float October 15th- Touch A Truck 8 a.m. arrival till 1 p.m.

October 29th- Ribbon Run Beaumont, Texas Cancer Awareness October 29th- Eat a Bug at Art Museum

" What's Key Club?", one may ask. Well Key Club is about giving to others without expecting anything in return. It's the time you give to strangers and serve them with care and compassion.

With that being said, our board has decided to create a fundraiser for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

We plan on making it happen right here at our school during a football game, on September 31st. We're going to raise money for St. Jude's by selling as much program sales as possible. The goal is to donate that money to the hospital. and help as many kids get the treatment they need.

In conclusion, key Club has brought people together and will continue to do that like at our upcoming game in September.
