Topical Application
For microneedling procedures, whether using a Skin Pen or RF microneedling device, we recommend a needle depth of 0.25-3 mm. Exosomes, due to their small size, can efficiently penetrate the skin through the hair follicles. Microneedling aims to optimize the delivery of exosomes, and the 0.3mm depth was selected deliberately. This depth offers minimal downtime while maintaining effectiveness. When performing microneedling, we advise mixing the dry ampoule with the 5ml solvent ampoule and using the mixture as a glider, which simplifies the topical application of the solution during the microneedling session.
The boosting ampoule (3.5ml) is quite viscous and may hang onto the exosomes on the surface of the skin instead of allowing for easy delivery. This ampoule is designed to mix for use with the TargetCool device
Therefore, if the provider is not using Target Cool and delivering E-50 via Needling, give the 3.5ml ampoule to your client as a recovery/ hydrating serum to use after cleansing the morning after treatment.
Estimated amount of product for full face: 2.5ml (1/2 mixed ampoule)
Treatment Frequency
For inflammatory cases, weekly sessions are recommended.
For rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments:
Session 1: Day 1
Session 2: 2 weeks after session 1
Session 3: 1 month after session 2
Session 4: 1 month after session 3
Session 5: 1 month after session 4
Monthly maintenance depends on the age, condition, and budget of the patient

E50-H Topical Application Methods
Firstly, mix the dry ampoule with the 5ml solvent (suspension).
Set your microneedling device to a depth of 0.5mm, the device will be used in a stampting fashion.
The exosomes can be used either by “drizzling” the solution onto the skin and “stamping” it in, or used after stamping and massaging the solution into the created channels.
Estimated Volume of product per scalp: 1/3-1/2 ampoule
With E50-H the patient will rapidly notice a decrease in hair shedding
Treatment Frequency
For rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments:
Session 1: Day 1
Session 2: 2 weeks after session 1
Session 3: 1 month after session 2
Session 4: 1 month after session 3
Session 5: 1 month after session 4
After this course of treatments then have a 2-6 month creak and then begin the course again
Once mixed, exosomes can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks or 2 months in the freezer.
HOME HAIR KIT
E50-H Home Hair Kit
The intended purpose of the E50-H Homecare kit is to supplement the E50 in-clinic sessions. The feedback that we received from many patients was that they would like something to do at Home while waiting for the clinic visits.
In the market, many people are buying the product when/if they are unable to make it to their scheduled Clinic visit.
The components are very similar, with the course of the clinic product designed more to optimise delivery and efficacy vs the HomeCare product which prioritises storage and safety elated to the storage of the product
The Instructions for use are to mix the dry ampoule with the solvent/suspension ampoule and place the Mixture into the foam applicator.
We recommend to apply the solution twice daily to the desired area and massage into the scalp.
