• Do research with your team to understand the following: o Who are the target students of your team, institution, or organization? o What are the needs of these students? o How does your work help to attract, retain, or graduate these students? o What are the biggest obstacles to these students while enrolled in our programs? o What are the biggest threats to the programs that these students are enrolled in?
COMMUNICATE THE QUALITY OF OUR PROGRAMS

• Discuss statistics related to the graduation rate for the programs your team supports. • Discuss what differentiates the quality of the programs your team supports vs. competitor programs.
UTILIZE FEEDBACK
• Research different ways to get feedback on the work of your team. Common methods of getting feedback include surveys, interviews, polls, and live feedback meetings. • Analyze and summarize feedback related to your department’s work highlighting both the positive comments and the opportunities for improvement. • Leverage Achieve 365 Feedback tool to seek feedback from customers throughout the year and share those comments with your team.
COLLABORATE
• Have your team brainstorm ideas for addressing any opportunities for improvement and present their recommendations back to you. • Remember Adtalem is a large organization with many experts in various domains. Find colleagues with the right expertise to help you devise better solutions for your target audience.
