Chapter 2: Skill acquisition 2.1 Defining skilled performance Explain what is meant by skilled performance. – Discuss what makes a highly skilled performer. – Outline the components of skilled performance: RACE FACE. –D iscuss the example (Apply it) and ask the students to come up with their own examples in pairs.
