GOURMET FOOD Food is not always simply food. abcMallorca searched for the best gourmet products available in shops and markets on the island. We paid particular attention to local delicacies rather than to international fayre. Here is what we found. Lebensmittel sind nicht unbedingt gleich Lebensmittel. abcMallorca hat sich in Shops und auf Märkten nach Gourmet-Produkten umgesehen und viele versteckte Kostbarkeiten entdeckt. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf einheimischen Produkten. Wohl bekomm´s!
Some agro-products are produced in one´s own kitchen, so e.g. this greengolden shimmering olive oil. The photo catches the moment when an olive falls into the glass, making the oil swash.
