Subject:- Provisional Selection list of Class-IV posts in CA & PD Depptt of District Kulgam. Whereas, 69 class-IV posts were sanctioned to this District for recruitment vide Govt Order No. 80-CAPD of 2012 dated 26.11.2011 and Director’s CA & PD Depptt Kashmir’s order No. 76-DCAPDK of 2013 dated 30.05.2013. Whereas, 07 class-IV posts were kept reserve vide this office letter No. CAPD/AD-Kgm/33/2013/2332-35 dated 26.11.2013 for settlement of SRO-43 cases . Whereas, application were invited from the eligible candidates for 62 class-IV posts of (Depot Assistant 20, Watchman 28, and Kandaman 14) as per following breakup. Whereas, after securiting the objections received from the applicants, changes were made in the shortlist which were published through this office No. CAPD/AD-Kgm/2014/1119-26 dated 23.07.2014 in daily “Greater Kashmir” of 26.07.2014. Whereas, Interview schedule of the genuine/ eligible candidates was published through this office No. CAPD/AD-Kgm/53/2014/1106-12 dated 23.07.2014 in daily “Rising Kashmir” of 28.07.2014 under DIP No. DIPK-4432. Whereas, Interview of short listed candidates was held for these posts from 07.08.2014 to 16.08.2014 in the office of under signed. Whereas, as per the criteria fixed by the Govt/Board Members of selection committee, final merit list of candidates was framed strictly on the basis of their qualification points of 10th , 12th and of viva voce. Whereas, the provisional select list mentioned in Annexure A, B, & C of the candidates for Depot Assistant, Watchman, & Kandaman is hereby framed from the merit list of these candidates. Whereas, the candidates provisionally selected under different categories for these Class-IV posts as mentioned in Annexure A, B, C are directed to report the office of Director CA & PD Depptt Kashmir Srinagar within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice/list. The list is provisional and subject to the verification of documents/ character from the competent authorities and to the outcome of writ petitions of Honorable Court (if any). All provisionally selected candidates are directed to submit the following original documents at the time of joining. 1. D.O.B certificate 2. Marks Sheet of class 10th 3. Marks sheet of class 12th 4. P.R.C 5. Category certificate if any. 6. Physical fitness certificate from Chief Medical Officer. 7. NOC from employment exchange. 8. NOC from D.I.C 9. Affidavit attested by Ist class Magistrate.
