The above appointees shall report to the Civil Aviation Commissioner, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar within a period of 15 days from the date of issue of appointment order. In case of failure of any appointee to join within the stipulated period, his/ her appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice. The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of following certificates in original: a) Academic/Technical Qualification Certificates. b) Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate. c) Health Certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer. d) Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. e) Certificates from the concerned authorities to the effect that no loan under self-employment scheme has been taken by the appointee. f) Relevant Category Certificate (in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories). The appointment of the above candidates as Junior Assistants shall further be subject to the following conditions: (i) Each appointee shall give an undertaking in the . shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his/ her character and antecedents is received from. Inspector General of Police, CID, J&K to whom a. reference shall be made by the Civil Aviation Commissioner, Civil Aviation Department, the candidate shall have no right to claim his/her appointment as Junior Assistant and his appointment, as such, shall be deemed to have cancelled ab-initio. . (ii) Verification/genuineness of the qualification certificates, reserved category certificates (wherever applicable) from the concerned issuing authorities. The salary of the appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed to them unless the satisfactory reports in respect of (i) and (ii) above are received in their favour. The appointees shall be on probation for a period for two (2) years and shall undergo and qualify the Secretariat Assistant Examination (Foundation Course) during the period of probation. The inter-se seniority shall be in the order in which their names appear in this Government Order which is in accordance with the merit secured by these appointees as per the select list furnished bv the J&K Services Selection Board. Sealed tenders affixed with a revenue stamp of Rs. 5/- are invited from registered firms/ agencies for erecting forty stalls, each stall measuring 9' X 9', on raised platform of prefabricated octonorm with roofing of CGI sheets along t with one stall of 10'xl2' size for cooking and retiring of beneficiaries to be erected 50 meters away from main stalls, with fire fighting equipments at a place to be identified by the Corporation, in Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur. The stalls are meant for holding of exhibition by the J&K State Women's Development Corporation, for its loanee beneficiaries, for a period of ten days w.e.f. 20.12.2014 to 29.12.2014.. Each stall must be provided with following items:. 1. Furniture and furnishing which includes two chairs, two tables covered with brand new satin cloth, complete flooring, carpeting and two racks having sufficient shelves. 2. Four new blankets, two mattresses, two. unused bed covers, two unused bed sheets with two pillows for each stall. 3. Round the clock uninterrupted electric supply with generator facility in case of power break down during the period of exhibition. 4. Complete shock proof electric fittings with two tube lights and two electric points for fans , mobile charging etc. 5. Adequate hygienic drinking water facility 6. Five banners of size of 10 ' X 4' (matter to be provided separately) 7. Two banners of size of 2' X 2' for each stall (matter to be provided separately) 8. Decorative Gate with Flex /Banner to be installed at the entrance of exhibition venue. 9. Perfect and fool proof security wall / security arrangement for safety of goods/belongings of the loanee beneficiaries. 10. Sufficient toilet and wash room facility l1.curtains for privacy on the stalls during night hours 12.Decorative cloth for decoration of stalls. 13.Publicity/advertisement about the exhibition two days ahead of the start of exhibition and during all the ten days of exhibition through pamphlets, leading newspapers on daily basis, audio publicity in light vehicle around Jaipur city and through local television channels incuding local FM 92.7 channel. 14.Refreshment tea for general and high tea for VTPs (30 in number) at the time of inaugural ceremony of the exhibition alongwith a separate canopy for serving high tea to the VIPs. 15.Amusement park inside the exhibition premises with atleast four entertainment items for children. 16.Decorative canopy in the centre of the exhibition premises with stage and \seating arrangement for 100 persons in the front of stage during the days of exhibition and inaugural function. 17.Proper carpet flooring around the stalls and in the centre 18.Providing of fire fighting equipment for each stall. The tenders, duly sealed, signed and complete in all respects should reach the office of Managing Director, J&K State Women’s Development Corporation, Block “A”, II Floor, Old Secretariat, Srinagar by or before 22nd September,2014 upto 1400 hours. The tenders shall be opened in the Office of Secretary J&K State Women’s Development Corporation, Srinagar on the same day at 1600 hours in presence of tenderer who wish to attend the tender opening meeting. Tenders should be accompanied with earnest money in the shape of CDR worth Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) from any registered / scheduled Bank pledged to Managing Director Jammu & Kashmir State Women’s Development Corporation. Tenders not accompanied with earnest money shall be rejected straightway. The other terms and conditions of the NTT shall be as under:1. The tenderer should not quote more than one rate. 2. Rates should be written both in words and figures, affixed with transparent tape over the quoted rates. 3. The rates should be inclusive of all taxes including VAT, excise duty, octroi, toll/entry tax, freight, loading, un-loading, handling and all other incidental charges etc. 4. The qualifying tenderer has to ensure completion of erection work of the Stalls and allied works by 19th December,2014 (forenoon) enabling beneficiaries to occupy the stalls on the same day, strictly as per the terms and conditions contained in the orders to be issued in this behalf separately by the Corporation. 5. Sales tax clearance for the second quarter of the financial year 2014-15 has to be enclosed with the tender documents. 6. Chairman, contract committee reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
