Matriculation (Date of Birth) Certificate 02. Permanent Residence Certificate 03. Diploma/Marks Certificate ‘ ‘ , 04. Category certificate, in case of category candidates. 05.. N.O.C. From concerned District Industries Centre and Employment Exchang. If verification, the certificates produced by the appointees are proved fake/forged, arrangement / appointment shall be cancelled abinitio. 06. The hired candidates are directed to furnish an affidavit, duty attested by the first Magistrate, to the effect that they shall not claim for any regular appointment. Note: - The remuneration of the incumbents shall be drawn only after genuineness of required certificates is ascertained from the concerned authorities.
