Zamperla has a long history of collaboration with schools and universities in the local area, from guided tours to discover how a ride is made - and perhaps even ignite a passion for the industry in someone - to operational partnerships in degree theses and research projects. A further step to consolidate this mentality is to make our resources available to some high schools in the area to develop synergistically the paths of orientation and development of the skills of their students provided by the national school system. The first step is mutual listening between school and organization. What are the skills required by companies? What are the needs of the school to achieve optimal results in the preparation of its students? The answer to these questions gave rise to structured internship plans, thus converging the energies of
school and our organization in the shared goal of preparing students for the world of work, allowing them to work, make mistakes and learn. With a path articulated over the years of high school, the boys and girls involved in the projects will be trained on the job by Zamperla’s professionals on the technical skills included in their curriculum, with particular attention to transversal skills. Therefore, not only training on mechanical design, automation, assembly, and quality control skills but also responsibility, organizational awareness, active listening, and communication. This project translates into a real orientation plan for students, allowing Zamperla to let them get to know what professional opportunities they might find and plant the seeds of some of the key skills for the organization with
