Leanne leads the strategic meetings management (SMM) proposition and shapes meeting technology and product development across NYS Meetings & Events and Capita Travel & Events. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the industry, holding several positions within hotels and agencies. In addition, she holds voluntary roles at the Institute of Travel Management as a Supplier Board Director and at the GBTA Europe’s Meetings & Events Committee. Steve has worked in corporate travel and meetings for over 30 years, holding roles across account management, consultancy, business development and his current role of Chief Commercial Officer at Capita Travel and Events. As Chief Commercial Officer, Steve has ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the product and service offering, ensuring the functions of the Commercial team are aligned to meet our strategic commercial objectives and provide a great customer experience. Steve’s passion, broad experience and knowledge of compelling and innovative solutions combine with his history of delivering retention and growth strategies to customers across all travel commodities and sectors.
