Director of the Construction Clients’ Leadership Group, with extensive experience in design, planning and delivery of infrastructure projects with a proven track record of delivering single and multiple projects in challenging and demanding environments. Career achievements include leading a programme of projects to deliver several major airlines moves at Gatwick Airport, and delivery of first road changes in 30 years in Heathrow’s busy central terminal areas. Kevin McHugh is a Director and leads pre-construction for the company, providing support in areas that include project feasibility estimating, design cost optioneering, procurement and contracts. Kevin is actively involved and a Steering Group member of the Collaborative Clients Forum, which supports the Construction Leadership Council and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Before joining Greystar in 2018, Kevin worked as a Cost Manager with IKEA’s Global Property Management Group, supporting project delivery teams across 30 countries. Prior to that, Kevin worked for Davis Langdon, the leading global quantity surveying practice, working across a range of asset classes including commercial, education, industrial, retail and residential. Kevin is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and received a firstclass bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from Kingston University.
