My name is Bianca Searle and I manage the UK Events Team at ODEON. I have worked in the events industry for 10 years now, I started my career at Hilton where I progressed from reception to events. I then moved over to The View from The Shard and launched the Events Department which was an incredible experience. From there, the opportunity for ODEON came my way, this was nearly 5 years ago!

Matt founded Digital Marketing agency The Bright Click in 2012, having worked in the marketing sector for most of his adult life. A team of ten, The Bright Click are currently working remotely, and Matt has steered this team from the uncertainty at the start of the first lockdown, to some of the best performance months the business has seen, choosing to see the pandemic as an opportunity to improve both himself, and his business.
