Rosie Millen is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist who set up her company Miss Nutritionist in 2010. In 2014 she collapsed from too much stress and was bed bound for three years straight. After being diagnosed with severe burnout she had to make a lot of difficult changes to get back on her feet. Now she is 100% recovered she specialises in fatigue and helps men and women to regain their energy just by making changes to their diet and lifestyle. She has personally coached thousands of women to increase their energy, helped multiple companies give their employees more energy and written hundreds of blog posts on how to recovery from burnout and has just published her first book on the subject: Burnout’s a B*tch - the antidote to the overworked world we live in.

With over 30 Years’ experience in the Food Drink and Retail Service sector, AnneMarie has worked in the UK and France managing and educating within the Industry. Anne-Marie’s expertise is within compliance and licensing law where she is currently and actively supports cross party groups looking for changes to legislation to protect teams from abuse for just doing their jobs and asking for I.D. Anne-Marie’s current role lecturing in Leeds has allowed her to become involved in a diverse city with great talent, great food and service, our students actively work in Industry and they are also given the opportunity to work in France, Italy, Iceland and Greece on international placement we have strong relationships with both which is unique. We are currently preparing the students for Young Restaurant of the Year Award which we have entered this year.
