According to UBBL 184: Seating the seating in Mantab Workplace / S/LAB10 has complied with the requirements. The spacing of rows of seats from back to back were 900 milimeters in space, and was able to meet the terms as stated due to its voluminous space of 989m^.2

Applied UBBL requirement floor height here are 2700mm, not exceed minimum 2750mm.

(1)In building other than those specified in the preceding provisions of by laws 44&45 the height of rooms on the ground floor shall not be less than 3 metres and on any floor above the ground floor shall not be less than 2.75 metres.

Applied UBBL requirement

According to UBBL 106: Dimension on stairs. On the basis of UBBL106, the staircase in the co-working space is in accordance with the dimensions mentioned in the report. The riser was 150mm and tread width is 300mm and both dimensions were constant in every step. The landing had a greater depth than the width of the stairs.

UBBL

UBBL is a set of codes that govern the construction, maintenance and safety standards of buildings in many countries. It aims to ensure that buildings are constructed in a way that promotes the safety, health and welfare of occupants and the public. During this semester, my exploration of UBBL deepened my awareness of the complexities involved in constructing safe and functional buildings. These by-laws cover various key areas such as building construction, fire safety, ventilation, electrical installations and more. This breadth of coverage underscores the commitment to creating safe and functional buildings that meet the needs of diverse individuals. By complying with the UBBL, we will continue to improve the quality and safety standards of our buildings, ultimately improving the lives of those who live in them

MATERIAL SELECTION AND APPLICATION

This semester I have a deeper understanding of material properties than before, each material has unique properties that determine its performance, durability and suitability for a specific application, strength, flexibility, conductivity and Factors such as corrosion resistance play a vital role in selecting the right material for a particular application.

I gained a greater appreciation for the importance of choosing the right material and how it can greatly impact a project's performance, efficiency and sustainability. Going forward, I aim to apply these insights in my future work, contributing to the development of innovative and responsible material solutions.

SUSTAINABILITY-GREEN DESIGN & EFFICIENCY

This semester also delves into the transformative impact of sustainability, exploring the principles of green design and efficiency, and the role they play in shaping a greener future. It calls on individuals, businesses and governments to work together to make conscious choices that prioritize the health of the planet. I will seize this opportunity to be a steward of the planet and leave a positive legacy for future generations.

CONCLUSION: In this semester's course work, I have learned many new skills, such as making ubbl and making more professional material tables, and I have encountered many problems. At first, I felt overwhelmed and doubted my ability Effectively deal with these problems, but whether it is in group work or individual assignments, the team members are very united and help each other, and the teacher also provides a lot of advice and patience, so I think these assignments have effectively helped me improve a lot Skill.
