How to Trim & Fit your Insoles 1. Please ensure that you have your insoles and shoes ready before you start. Check that your shoes are suitable for insertion of insoles:
3. Use a marker or pen to trace around the insert. Repeat for the other insole.
• There are removable inserts within the shoes • There are sufficient room (width and depth) in the shoes to insert the insoles that you have been prescribed • The pair of shoes is supportive and has a restraining structure (buckle, laces or velcro) 2. Remove the insert from your shoe and place it on top of the insole. Ensure the heel portion of the insert is aligned accurately with the heel portion of the insole.
4. Use sharp scissors to trim the excess top cover material of the insole according to the outline of the original insert.
