Welcome to the inaugural issue of Yes You Can Magazine’s America’s Top 1% BLACK Real Estate Agents Ranking. As we celebrate National BLACK Homeownership Month and Juneteenth, we are proud to feature the profiles of America’s TOP 1% BLACK Real Estate Agents.

Thank you for taking the time to read through this brochure Our mission is to empower the African American Community throughout the United States with a focus on Building Wealth through Homeownership and leaving Family Legacies

Allow me to outline the rigorous methodology we employed to select and rank these exceptional professionals:

1. Outreach: We distributed approximately 5,000 brochures to Black Real Estate Agents across the country, providing comprehensive details on how to apply for consideration in America’s TOP Black Real Estate Agents Ranking.

We are seeking like-minded mortgage professionals to join our team to help further our mission Our goal is to Lend 1-Billion Dollars in mortgage loans to African American Homebuyers by 2023 and to fund 1-Billion Dollars and more of mortgage loans to African Americans every year thereafter

2. Submission Process: To be eligible for ranking by Yes You Can Magazine, agents had to submit a completed application form.

For this to happen we need to locate African American Mortgage Professionals who are interested in our mission and who have the attributes of what I call, our 5-H Society You are Honest, Humble, a Hard worker, and Hungry for Success beyond your wildest dreams, and you have the Hustle to make it all happen Mortgage professionals who possess the 5-H’s, together we can help close the 30% homeownership gap that now exists between Black America and White America

3. Individual Agent Criteria: The ranking was open to Black Real Estate Agents who achieved a minimum of $10 million in closed transactions as individual agents, representing sellers, buyers, or both. We focused on individual agent performance rather than team-based achievements.

4. Proof of Production: As part of the submission, agents were required to provide evidence of their production volume. This included submitting a printout of their production report and obtaining the signature of their managing Broker on the submission form to attest to the accuracy of the production numbers.

5. Data Validation: Upon receiving the completed submission forms, signed by both the Agent and the Broker, we meticulously validated the production volume numbers provided. To ensure accuracy, we cross-referenced the submitted figures (with a 10% error rate) against the data from Mobility Market Intelligence (MMI), a trusted industry source.
