Any Black Residential Real Estate Agents with a state license, who Closed $20 million in sales transactions or more as a buyer’s representative, or who Closed $20 million in listing transactions representing the sellers, or 50 or more transactions of a combination of (both sides), representing the buyers and/or the sellers within the 2022 calendar year, you will be included in the Yes You Can Magazine’s 2023 Top BLACK Residential Real Estate Agents rankings digitally.

Who is YES YOU CAN Magazine and What is the Top BLACK Residential Real Estate Agents ranking?
Yes You Can Magazine’s Top 1% BLACK Residential Real Estate Agents Ranking is sponsored by LEGACY Home Loans. The Nation’s largest Black Led Mortgage Banking company is bringing to the industry for the first time ever, the most comprehensive, verified rankings of the Nation’s Top 1% BLACK Residential Real Estate Agents Rankings.
To ensure that we publish the most-accurate data possible, all submitted data undergoes an extensive verification process prior to being published in Yes You Can magazine digitally. Throughout the year, we will feature many of the Top 1% BLACK Residential Real Estate Agents who made it to the top 1%. Those agents will be featured in upcoming issues of Yes You Can Magazine and posted on various Social Media sites.
When is the submission period?
The entry submission period for the 2023 Yes You Can Magazine’s Top 1% BLACK Residential Real Estate Agents Ranking is January 1st, 2023 – February 28, 2023.
When will the 2023 Top 1% Black Real Estate Agents Rankings be released?
May 1, 2023
Is there a processing fee for submission?
NO! There is no fee to participate in Yes You Can Magazines Top 1% Black Real Estate Agents Award. Our Sponsor, LEGACY Home Loans is covering the cost of the processing fee.
Am I guaranteed to make the rankings if I submit the application?
Only completed submissions that meet the qualification requirements and can be verified by our Editorial team will be featured in the rankings in the digital issue and/or posted on social media sites. Submission by itself does not guarantee you will make the rankings.
What information is required to enter Yes You Can Magazine’s Top 1% BLACK Real Estate Agents Ranking?
With every Top 1% BLACK Real Estate Agent’s submission, Yes You Can Magazine requires two documents – a production report and a signed application submission form signed by the Real Estate Agent and their Responsible Broker or their Manager.
These documents must be included at the time of entry. In addition your contact information and Real Estate License number, we ask for the following data from the previous calendar year be completed and sent in:
Copy of your Transaction Report Signed Application Submission Form; by You, and your broker or manager. Buyer’s Representative Closed Dollar volume amount and Number of Units Seller’s Representative Closed Dollar volume amount and Number of Units

If we work as a team, can we participate in the Top 1% BLACK Real Estate Agents Ranking?
Entry is open to individuals only. Team entries will not be accepted. If you work as part of a team, each BLACK Real Estate Agent on the team must submit their individual transactions separately.
What happens after I submit my information?
After completing the submission process, you will receive an email with a summary of the data submitted. Our customer service and editorial departments will then verify all completed submissions and will contact you should there be any discrepancies with your information. Any entrants who are unresponsive to our efforts to verify their submitted data will not be considered.
How will I know if you received my entry?
You will receive a confirmation message after you submit your data. You will also receive a confirmation email from Yes You Can Magazine to the email address you provide on your application entry form with a summary of your submitted data. Please keep a copy of your confirmation email for your records.
Can
I start the entry form and finish it later?
Once you start the submission process you must finish it or you will be required to enter your information again. You cannot start and resume the submission later.
Can I make changes to my submission after it’s been completed?
Once you have completed your submissions you will not be allowed to make edits or changes. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is accurate before submission. If you find an error or have a question with your submission, please contact YesYouCanTopAgents@MyHomeLegacy.Com immediately.

When will I find out if and where I ranked on the list?
Those who make the rankings will be notified before Yes You Can Magazine Top 1% Black Real Estate Agents Rankings is published and released digitally.
Please Note: Once the data is published digitally, we cannot make any changes. Therefore, it is important that you enter everything — your data, your company name, etc. accurately.
How Do you verify submissions?
We require all individual submissions to be accompanied by a production report and Application Submission Form signed by your company’s Responsible Broker or your Branch Manager. Our editorial team will review each submission and contact you if we find any inaccuracies between the data submitted and the supplied documents, we receive from a verifiable Real Estate industry transaction tracking source. If you are unable to respond in a timely manner to requests for further validation of your data, your submission may be rejected.
If I make the rankings will I get an award, or plaque?
Any individual who is featured in our rankings will receive a certificate by email showing your ranking. In Yes You Can Magazine Top 1% Black Real Estate Agents Rankings. We will contact winners around the time the rankings are published to advise you of when you can expect to receive your certificate.
How do you decide which Top 1% BLACK Real Estate Agent is ranked higher in the Most Transactions closed ranking area when their numbers are the same?
We used their total dollar volume as a “tie-breaker”.
