Michelle Ball aka Xuxu, went straight from The University of Utah to Los Angeles in 2014 She dove into working with talent and was at the center of creating the "Influencer" and legacy Social Media based brands.

She's worked a wide range of brands, marketing with the Anheuser Busch umbrella, filling guest lists for Hakkasan & TAO Group, to hospitality promotion with SBE and 1Hotels, to casting for fashion & beauty brands like Bebe & Laseraway Supporting during launch platforms like Snapchat, WAV music, and LIVIT live stream app,

Her network spans from the classic influencers like Kylie Rae 2 6M, Mark Dohner 3M, to musicians like Post Malone, Swae Lee, Diplo and Steve Aoki And of course the most exciting the next up and coming fresh faces.

She's produced hundreds of social media content like 'Tour Life' with Post Malone in 2016 where the audience got an inside look on the workings of what being on the road looked like Snapchat show 'Place to Be' with Jeremih where you got a personal tour of his home, sneaker collection, and previewed his album 'Late Nights.'

Her network spans from the well known influencers to fresh faces just before coming on to the scene. One of her most well known discoveries is Kelsie Smeby from Texas in 2016 she is now the 'IT' Guess Girl and the face of many beauty fashion campaigns including a Hollywood Blvd billboard that Michelle cast

Knock Out aka KO Watches has rose to the top of notoriety in the Instagram World as one of the highest paying and fun loving brand to work with. Michelle has been a key player in their skyrocket scouting new ambassadors, nurturing top tier talent, organizing around the world trips so much so that the brand went from 20K to 300K on Instagram and landed a billboard where you can stand on the stars and look up at it on Hollywood Blvd that Michelle creative directed.
