Wedding Reception Banquet Room Rental, $400 to $900, Depending on Size of Event.
You may choose up to two selections from our plated reception menu. In addition, we always offer an option for vegetarians. Everyone must have the same salad selection. We also offer special pricing for children up to age 10. All plated banquet menus, which have a choice of more than one entrée, will be charged to the highest entrée price selected .
For weekend events, the guaranteed attendance is due on the Tuesday before your reception, by 4:00pm. We will prepare for 3% over the guaranteed count, unless that number exceeds the safe capacity of the banquet room. Payment in full is due at the time of the guaranteed count. A current and valid credit card number on file for payment is accepted.
We use round tables that seat 8 comfortably.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide your cake but will be happy to provide you with a list of excellent bakers who have done fine work with us in the past.
The room will be available to you in a reasonable amount of time, which will allow you to coordinate with outside vendors. If you need more time, speak to your Catering Manager to discuss availability.
Minervas Banquet Department will prepare and serve all of the food for your event.
Under no circumstances will individual attendees be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into any banquet room or adjacent areas. All guests need to be 21 years of age to purchase, consume, or possess alcohol.
We encourage entertainment. If loudness from bands, entertainment, or public address systems disturbs any other guests, or becomes a problem, our property reserves the right to ask the patron or entertainment leader to reduce the loudness or perform without amplification. Please notify your catering contact of entertainment three months prior to the event.
Security is required from the start of the event through the departure of the last guest and will be arranged by your catering contact. Charges will be added to your master bill.
Last call is 1:30am. The room must be vacated by 2:00am.
Any damage or additional cleaning costs incurred by the property will be added to the master bill. Please do not use staples, nails, tacks, glitter or confetti. Due to fire restrictions, NO open flames are allowed.

A smaller banquet room, set specifically for your guests, allows you the option of a buffet or limited menu at a set budget. Or relax at Minervas and let your guests order right off the menu. The options are limitless.
