It’s Summertime in La Pine with RC & Steevo on 106.5 KITC where they play today’s music and yesterday’s legends all summer long. RC and Steevo are our newest DJ’s. And their brand new show airs live every Tuesday and Wednesday morning from 8:30-9:30am throughout the summer. RC and Steevo are actually Grant Caudel and Steven Lankford, respectively, who attend La Pine H.S. Grant says, “ I have lived in La Pine all 15 years of my life, it’s a beautiful place that I hope to never leave. My hobbies include: fishing, radio, listening to country music, and camping. My personality traits are: I’m very strong willed, I fight for whatever I believe is right, I’m true to my word, the typical red head. Many people ask if I have a future in radio, however I hope to someday become an Oncologist.” And Steven told us, “I have lived in La Pine just about all of my life. I am 15 years old and my hobbies include practicing martial arts, listening to music, writing, biking and running. My personality traits are being funny, being stubborn, not taking garbage from anyone, and never backing down no matter what! I’m a pretty ambitious guy, and I’m quite the ladies man so look out!” They make a great team and put on quite a show. Medical Donation Fund for Eva Grace Starbuck Sweet little Eva Grace Starbuck was born on May 19th with a congenital heart defect and will need to have open heart surgery on September 3rd at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University.
