Every story has a beginning, and the history of Williams Island dates back to the early 1980s.

The Trump Group, headed by Eddie, Jules, and Stephanie Trump from South Africa, discovered this island peninsula nestled on 84-acres in the exclusive enclave of Aventura.

Communication

Let your residents know that we take great pride in our ability to communicate with our residents about what is happening on the Island. Here is how we do it...

Members receive a Monday News email every Monday that will inform them of everything that is happening on the Island for the upcoming couple of weeks.

Event news, dining, spa, monthly statement and more are available on the mobile app and website! Member’s username and password are the same as the mobile app.

Our members can view workout videos from our personal trainers, view nutritional workshop as well as the Island Insider, Williams Island’s monthly update!

We have a WhatsApp group for Food & Beverage, Spa, Tennis, Family and Culture & Entertainment events. Click the QR Code on the previous page to join.

Our digital signs are located at the Island Grille, Courtside and the Spa.

We post 3 or 4 times a day! Encourage your residents to engage with our social media so they can see everything that’s going on!

Statements & Billing Questions

We are here to help answer any questions!

How do my residents get their statements?

Williams Island went green! Your residents will receive a monthly statement for all charges they have incurred. Statements are strictly sent through email. They can request a paper statement by emailing accounting@ williamsislandclub.com but they must pick the statement up at the POA offices. This will have to be done on a monthly basis if they want paper statements.

If a resident has any questions on their statement, they can call 305.937.7880 or email accounting@williamsislandclub.com

How do they pay? What’s

Preferred payment is through ACH; if they use a credit card online, there is a 3.5% technology fee. They can also set their account to autopayment, which will be deducted by the 15th of the following month. Another option is to mail a check directly to Williams Island POA at 5300 Island Blvd., Aventura, FL 33160. There is a payment mailbox outside the POA offices for resident’s convenience, but make sure they write their member number on the check and it’s made out to Williams Island POA. CASH IS NOT ALLOWED. Every statement and receipt will have a running total of their unspent minimum. This is only for informational purposes and they must use their unspent minimum by the end of December for the current year.
