The Tower is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from. Individuals will sit, stand or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a Tower to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance.
Strengthen and Tone your Core . Improve your Spinal flexibility. The Arc is beneficial enhancing overall mobility. The dynamic shape can also aide in the improvement of posture. An intense workout that can incorporate weights and other Pilates accessories
