Paul Morgan has led a successful junior girls team and has been at the club for over 12 years. He has recently taken over the reigns as temporary 1st Team Coach.
A very warm welcome to Bolton today and what promises to be another tough game for the Ladies today.
After a tough game against Accrington last week, to which the score didn’t reflect the game. Basically they took there chances and we didn’t. Another learning curve for us.
As a team we are all learning in this our first season in the Lancashire Premier league.
We will certainly be looking to take something from todays game and after today we have a good run of fixtures and we will be looking to go on a good run and aiming to finish in the top 4 in our first season ready to build and challenge even higher next season special thanks to Grace and Leila for stepping in as stand in keepers last week and allowing us to fulfil the fixture.

Last Sunday saw our 1st team welcome Accrington Stanley to the County Ground for a Lancashire FA Premier League fixture.
A game where we simply did not put away our chances and were punished for not doing so.
With Keeper Kaela Reay suffering a broken foot the week before against Accrington, and our other No1 Georgia Irving not available, Midfielder Leila Branthwaite, and Striker Grace Houghton stepped up to play in goal. Our Player of the Game was Molly Blair who put in a tireless

BOLTON WANDERERS GIRLS FC RESERVES
We welcome Bolton Wanderers Girls FC Reserves to the County Ground today. They’ve had a flying start to the season, and currently stand top in the Lancashire Women’s Premier League. We knocked Bolton out of the Senior Cup last year at Home, but played a strong team away at the start of the season. We will be looking to give a good account of ourselves today.
