 The Haddonfield/Philadelphia Area Cochlear Implant Support Group will meet on Tue Apr 17 from 6 to 8:30pm. The support group is open to those who have implants, those considering surgery, and support persons. The meeting will commence with a pizza social at 6pm. Dana Apruzzese, a CaptionCall outreach manager at Sorenson Communications, will provide a demonstration and overview of the CaptionCall phone during the pizza social in the Parish Hall. From 7 to 8:30pm, Dr Gregory Artz, an assistant professor of Otology, Neurotology, and Skull Base Surgery at Thomas Jefferson  Dust off your bowling ball and start practicing your hook! The 5K is the school’s second largest fundraiser of the year. This year, proceeds will support technology upgrades in the school’s classrooms. In addition, a portion of funds will be donated to SOAR, an after-school enrichment program for children in Camden NJ.
