Reno-Tahoe International Art Show September 12 - 15, 2023 Reno-Sparks Convention Center

The RTIA Show is the destination art fair of the West with a foundational vision of lifting Reno Tahoe as a nationally recognized center for arts and culture.

Edition 3, September 2024. After successfully doubling the footprint of the fair for Edition 2, father-daughter founders Kevin O’Keefe and Briana Dolan look to more meaningful growth for year 3, leaning into the foundational pillars of the fair that make it far and away one of the most unique art events in the country.

*All sponsors will receive placement on RTIA Show/RTA Awards website, inclusion in onsite signage, mention in the RTIA Show attendee Buyer’s Guide booklet and inclusion in RTIA social and e-newsletter marketing.

VIP Sponsors (2) VIP Preview Event Sponsor (1) - $15,000 Entire event ‘presented by’ sponsor included in all digital and promotional materials- including opportunity to include marketing material in VIP bags, access to VIP attendee list for e-blast communication, and speaking opportunity onsite during event *To cover VIP Lounge as well - $20,000 total for all VIP communication and access.

Featured Sponsors Reno, NV...Who Knew? (1) $3,000 One Reno Tahoe artist is invited to design the ‘Reno, NV...Who Knew?’ logo to appear in 2024 branding materials (tote bag, stickers, etc.). The selected artist receives sponsored exhibition space at the show. Sponsor name & logo included on signage for this artist as well as dedicated page on the website featuring logo artists.

RTIA Presents: Cordillera International Film Festival & RTIA Talks (1) $5,000 Dedicated space for short film screenings (12’ high x 17’ long screen) and RTIA Show panel presentations. Space will be clearly marked with sponsor logo.

Sponsor will also have an opportunity to add a still or brief video advertisement to appear ahead of each film screening and Talk.

Sculpture Walk (1) $3,000 RTIA Show Sculpture presentation continues to grow as one of the largest in the nation. Sponsor supports this effort and is recognized with onsite signage and mention in the Buyer’s Guide pertaining to the main walking aisle and Sculpture presence.

Burning Man (1) $3,000 In support of placing major large scale sculpture from Burning Man (all space and set up is complimentary to artists, commission taken from sold items), sponsor logo is present at the Post Playa Art feature space and mentioned in the Buyer’s Guide.

First Nations, Indigenous Peoples (1) $3,000 Card carrying (Certified Indian Blood certification or registered tribe ID) Native artists from across the country are invited to exhibit on a complimentary basis or at minimal cost. Sponsor supports this feature with logo apparent onsite at the feature and in the Buyer’s Guide. Sponsor will also be recognized on all paid communication (direct emailing, etc) to this audience.

National Sculpture Society (1) $3,000 In support of placing major pieces from renowned North American sculptors (all space and set up is complimentary to artists, commission taken from sold items), sponsor logo is present at NSS feature and select areas presenting design vignettes with rare and classic automobiles - and in the Buyer’s Guide.

Featured Spaces (1) $8,000 Select art organizations are invited to exhibit on a complimentary basis (ex. St. Mary’s Art Center, UNR, Buffalo Creek Art Center and new to 2024- art museums from across the country, no commissions taken). Sponsor’s logo would be present at each exhibition space onsite and mentioned in the Buyer’s Guide.

Heart of Reno (1) $5,000 In support of all regional Reno Tahoe artist exhibitors, sponsor contributes to enhancing this space with large signage, additional lights and hospitality station placement.

Reno Tahoe Artist Awards

RTA Awards Gala Saturday, September 14, 2023

Taking place during the RTIA Show weekend, the RTA Awards Gala is a ticketed dinner and drinks event hosting musical performances, the RTA Awards ceremony and silent auctions benefiting local charities including Eddy House. The awards ceremony is a celebration of the Reno Tahoe regional award winners, decided on by the 2024 selected jury (applications open May-July 2024), as well as the ‘Best of Show’ for RTIA show exhibitors, voted on by RTIA Show attendees by popular vote.

All winners receive special edition awards and monetary prizes- the regional award winners receive cash prizes of $1,200 and the Best of Show winners receive $1500 in exhibition credit for the 2025 RTIA Show. The regional grand prize, the Reno Creative Movement Award, a $5000 prize and full page ad in American Art Collector magazine, is presented to the artist who has both achieved the highest level of artistic excellence in any media and contributed meaningfully to the ascendancy of Reno Tahoe as a national arts and cultural center.
