The RTIA Show is where it all began. Under the newly established Peaks Art Fairs, the RTIA Show continues to build on its foundational vision of lifting Reno Tahoe as a nationally recognized center for arts and culture. After three successful editions, each doubling the footprint of the last, father-daughter founders Kevin O’Keefe and Briana Dolan look to more meaningful growth for year 4, leaning into the core pillars of the fair that make it far and away one of the most unique art events in the country.

*All sponsors will receive placement on RTIA Show/RTA Awards websites, inclusion in onsite signage, mention in the RTIA Show attendee Buyer’s Guide booklet and inclusion in RTIA social and e-newsletter marketing.

*Must commit by April 1, 2025 to be included in 2025 summer advertising

• Includes (1) pg dedicated ad space in the 2025 RTIA Buyer’s Guide (vertical, 8.5”L x 5.5”W)

*To cover VIP Lounge as well - $20,000 total for all VIP communication and access.

‘Presented by’ signage at every table near and next to all bars throughout the RTIA Show as well as the Hall 4 cafe.

Reno, NV...Who Knew? (1) $3,000

Selected 2025 artist: Jennifer Charboneau

One Reno Tahoe artist is invited to design the ‘Reno, NV...Who Knew?’ logo to appear in 2025 branding materials (tote bag, stickers, etc.). The selected artist receives sponsored exhibition space at the show. Sponsor name & logo included on signage for this artist as well as dedicated page on the website featuring logo.

RTIA Presents: Cordillera International Film Festival & RTIA Talks (1) $5,000

Dedicated space for short film screenings (12’ high x 17’ long screen) and RTIA Show panel presentations. Space will be clearly marked with sponsor logo. Sponsor will also have an opportunity to add a still or brief video advertisement to appear ahead of each film screening and Talk.

Sculpture Walk (1)

$3,000

RTIA Show Sculpture presentation continues to grow as one of the largest in the nation. Sponsor supports this effort and is recognized with onsite signage and mention in the Buyer’s Guide pertaining to the main walking aisle and Sculpture presence.

Burning Man (1) $3,000

In support of placing major large scale sculpture from Burning Man (all space and set up is complimentary to artists, commission taken from sold items), sponsor logo is present at the Post Playa Art feature space and mentioned in the Buyer’s Guide.

First Nations, Indigenous Peoples (1) $3,000

Card carrying (Certified Indian Blood certification or registered tribe ID) Native artists from accross the country are invited to exhibit on a complimentary basis or at minimal cost. Sponsor supports this feature with logo apparent onsite at the feature and in the Buyer’s Guide. Sponsor will also be recognized on all paid communication (direct emailing, etc.) to this audience.

Art City of Choice (1) $3,000

Sponsor selects one featured Art City for 2025. Sponsor logo is present at the Art City feature and select areas presenting bespoke design and furniture - and in the Buyer’s Guide.

Reno Tahoe Non-Profit and University Support (8) $1,500

Select art organizations are invited to exhibit on a complimentary basis (ex. UNR, Holland Project, Buffalo Creek Art Center, national art museums, etc).

Sponsors logo would be present on exhibition space of their choice (list of options provided upon request) and mentioned in the Buyer’s Guide.

Local breweries and distilleries to join the RTIA Show to provide complimentary tasting through the event weekend.

Celebrating the 2025 ‘Best of Show’

Decided on by popular vote by RTIA Show attendees, the Best of Show awards are given to each category of the RTIA Show:

- Galleries & Features

- Heart of Reno

- Independents

- Sculpture: Large-Scale

- Sculpture: Small-Scale

- First Nations, Indigenous Peoples

- Students

Each category winner receives $1500 in exhibition credit for the 2026 RTIA Show. The Grand Prize winner for all around ‘Best of Show’ (most popular votes) receives a $5,000 credit, a full page ad in American Art Collector magazine and will have their art featured on the exhibitor badges at the 2025 RTIA Show.
