Independent Living
A total of 235 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes are available for independent living, which includes a broad spectrum of personal service options for a life of comfort, inspired by you. Imagine luxury retirement living in the style you’ve long dreamed of, with fewer responsibilities, and more possibilities, available today and always, at Westminster Village.
Home Health & Wellness
Licensed home health services can also be provided in the comfort of your Westminster Village Independent Living apartment home. Our highly skilled staff can assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication management, and other activities of daily living on a fee-for-service basis.
Sackton Assisted Living
The June & Frank Sackton Assisted Living Center provides assistance with activities of daily living for residents who need a little extra help. Each of these 650-square-foot individual apartments feature a kitchenette, living area, bedroom, large walk-in closet, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.
Weyrich Health Care Center
Private and semi-private rooms are available in a home-like enhanced living environment supervised round-the-clock by licensed nurses. Our special team of professionals deliver exceptional care and personalized attention, with an emphasis on wellness that meets the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our residents.

Comfort and care for life, not for profit.
With our comprehensive approach to wellness, connection to true community, and our commitment to providing a continuum of inspiration and care to our residents, Westminster Village is different than most retirement communities. As a non-profit, we are not owned by any individual or group. There are no shareholders making a profit at our residents’ expense. All revenue generated goes back into the community trust to provide highquality services. We are guided by a community-based, volunteer Board of Directors who have our residents’ best interest at heart.
Through our Life Care pricing plan, we are able to provide lifelong reassurance that our residents’ needs will be identified and met. Residents pay a one-time entrance fee and an ongoing monthly service fee, based on the size of their apartment and services selected. In return, residents receive lifetime occupancy of their apartment or long-term care in our onsite assisted living or health care center for as long as needed. This non-profit model assures the peace of mind that comes from knowing your future lifestyle and health care needs are prearranged, prepaid, and fully met.
I was just amazed at the beautiful little garden areas, the restaurants, just the overall attractiveness and feeling. The people were so welcoming, and it really was an easy decision... There’s every opportunity here to live the lifestyle you choose.
