Nigiri sushi is a popular Japanese dish that has been enjoyed for centuries. It consists of perfectly seasoned, oval rice balls and a topping.

Sashimi is a popular way of preparing raw fish and seafood in Japanese cuisine, which differs from sushi in the way the fish is filleted as well as the artistic and aesthetic presentation.

TABLETOP TREASURES - DIM SUMS HOMEMADE

This classic speciality from the Cantonese cuisine is traditionally handmade and steamed or baked with different fillings and doughs. Literally translated, it means "little heartwarmers". We prepare these according to an old family recipe from our chef, Gei Khaing Brück.

The Chinese dumplings envelop a tasty and particularly juicy prawn filling, which is surrounded by wonton wrappers and served steamed in a bamboo basket.

The filled dumplings, also called Japanese dumplings, are folded in a particularly elaborate way, first steamed and finally briefly fried.

The robata grill, a Japanese tradition, is more than just a grill: the finest ingredients are refined into smoky masterpieces on glowing charcoal. Inspired by fishermen's campfires, the robata ignites an unforgettable taste experience in which every piece tells a story.
