(L) All excavations for building sewer installations shall be adequately guarded with barricades and lights so as to protect the public from hazards. Streets, sidewalks, parkways and other public property disturbed during the course of the work shall be restored in a manner satisfactory to the city. (C) No person shall park a vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, upon any highway or street within the city, in any of the following places: (1) On a sidewalk; (2) In front of a public or private driveway; (3) Within an intersection; (4) Within ten feet of a fire hydrant; (5) On a crosswalk; (6) Within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection; (7) Within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad or railroad crossing; (8) Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station; 73.01 RESTRICTED OPERATIONS. (E) No snowmobile shall be operated at or upon any of the following: (1) On any public sidewalk; 76.06 RESTRICTIONS. (B) Times and operation. Motorized golf carts may only be operated on designated roadways from sunrise to sunset. They shall not be operated in inclement weather or when visibility is impaired by weather, smoke, fog, or other conditions, or at any time when there is insufficient light to clearly see persons and vehicles on the roadway at a distance of 500 feet. Motorized golf carts shall not be operated in a negligent manner, so as to endanger any person or property, or to obstruct, hinder or impede the lawful course of travel of any motor vehicle or the lawful use by any pedestrian of public streets, sidewalks, paths, trails, walkways, or parks. 90.01 ASSESSABLE CURRENT SERVICES. One or more of the following: snow, ice or rubbish removal from sidewalks; weed elimination from street grass plots adjacent to sidewalks or from private property; removal or elimination of public health or safety hazards from private property, excluding any hazardous building included in M.S. '' 463.15 through 463.26, as they may amended from time to time; installation or repair of water service lines; street sprinkling, street flushing, light street oiling or other dust treatment of streets; repair of sidewalks and alleys; trimming and care of trees and removal of unsound and insect-infected trees from the public streets or private property; and the operation of a street lighting system.
