Viewing the Vital and Note Timelines

1. The summary tab will default to display the patient Vital Summary on the Vital Timeline.

2. By selecting the Note Timeline on the lefthand side of the screen you can view Patient notes that have been recorded for a person (these will display in chronological order).

Here you can identify all notes that have been recorded in the CCCM.

3. From the Note Timeline you can add a Note by selecting the Note icon. To save your note, select Save.

4. To filter notes by Type, select the Note type on the right-hand side.
