Navigating Person Information cont.

The Person Information screen will display all key information related to the person and their bubble (where applicable). This information includes:

1. Name, Age & Gender 2. Flags i.e. Mental Health Issues, Require Welfare,

Pregnant. 3. Next test (coloured dot outlines latest result – black = negative, red = positive, orange = repeat needed) 4. Assessment status will display if they require an initial assessment, regular health check or if they have been completed for the day. The red tick means they have COVID-19 Symptoms on their Health Check – the Done button indicates that a test has been done today. 5. Here you can see how many people are in the bubble –the relative number stays constant, and the grey highlight shows which record you are in currently. 6. Patient information icons for all bubble members. By hovering over these icons key patient information can be viewed without the need to fully open each bubble members profile. 7. Use the arrow keys at the bottom right of the screen to view further detail about a patient such as; • Demographics, Linked General Practitioners and Next of Kin

Tip:

As this writes back to the patient record, you are unable to navigate to the next bubble member from here –however, you can open them in the PMS

Navigating Person Information

Complete this as part of an Initial Health Assessment – this can be updated as required:

1. On the Person Information page, fill in all fields that are relevant for the person.

2. To the Person Information data you have entered, select Save.

3. Use the navigation arrows on the bottom right-hand side to see all the pages and complete the assessment.

Please note, there are no compulsory fields on CCCM.
