Exit Health Checks

1. If a person is approved for release from your care, complete Reg Health Check as normal.

On the final page, select Yes to Is this the Final

Health Check?

2. Instead of a pop up asking about

Quarantine/Isolation/Blue band, you will get a pop up called Final Health Check. Click either: • No – to just save the health check: this will bring up the quarantine/isolation/ blue band popup and will save as a Regular Health Check • Yes – to Complete and send to NBS: This will provisionally release the guest in other systems and mark their Final Health Check as complete.
