ANNUAL KIDS' HOLIDAY SHOPPING EVENT

Target Gift Cards will be provided to the first 125 Waukegan Township families.

Applications are available beginning November 16th thru November 20th.

 Limit - 2 Children per family.  Submit items via drop off, fax to 847-244-5185 or email Tami Springs at tsprings@waukegantownship.com NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2020 @ 4:00 pm  All documentation must be received PRIOR to retrieving gift card - Call 847-244-4900, for pick up - by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Required items:  Pick up appointment schedule: 1. Parent’s current/valid photo ID/Drivers LiMonday, November 30th - Friday, December 4th cense, Passport or Matricula.  See attached Letter and Application for 2. Child’s current school verification details of program.

Dear Waukegan Township Families, For nearly 20 years, Waukegan Township & Partners have provided Waukegan and North Chicago children with an annual holiday celebration. Because we feel that it is our responsibility to help flatten the COVID-19 curve and keep you, your children, our volunteers and staff safe, we have decided the best way to promote safety and comply with the CDC’s suggested social distancing guidelines is to cancel our annual Kids’ Fun Fest & Shopping Spree. While we are still as dedicated as ever to providing a free outing, we cannot, in good conscience, risk the health and well-being of hundreds of children and families.

Therefore, in lieu of the Fun Fest &Shopping Spree, Waukegan Township and Partners will provide the first 125 families to register, a special treat!

Beginning Monday, November 16th - Friday, November 20th (or until quantities last) we will provide TARGET gift cards for your child(ren).

LIMIT - 2 CHILDREN PER FAMILY We will require copies of the following items: 

CURRENT/VALID photo ID/Drivers License/Matricula or Passport (parents/guardian)



CURRENT address verification from child’s school (MUST reside within Waukegan Township)



COMPLETED revised application (see attached)



VALID email address for parent/guardian

*For children under age 6, please provide copy of birth certificate. 
