Chicago Flower & Garden Show, Navy Pier - Tuesday, March 21, 2017 The roots of the Chicago Flower & Garden Show can be traced as far back as 1847! The show, held each March at Chicago’s Navy Pier is an experience for the senses, invoking memories of spring after a typically long and cold Chicago winter. Presented by Mariano’s, the Chicago Flower & Garden Show creates an experience that the attendee will never forget by presenting realistic, as well as DIY solutions to inspire, educate and motivate the next generation of gardeners. SC Johnson Wax Building and Wingspread Tour - Tuesday, May 23, 2017 Travel to Racine, WI to tour the S.C. Johnson Wax Co. Administration Building, built by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1936. The trip will move to Herbert Johnson’s personal home “Wingspread”, owner of the Johnson Wax Company. Built in 1939, it was the most expensive residence designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Brookfield Zoo - Friday, July 14, 2017 Explore fabulous Brookfield Zoo, also known as the Chicago Zoological Park. Located in the Chicago suburb of Brookfield, Il, the zoo houses around 450 species of animals on 216 acres. The fee includes admission to the zoo plus any three of the following attractions: Dolphins in Action, Butterflies, Motor Safari, The Carousel, Hamill Family Wild Encounters, Dinos and Dragons, and Hamill Family Play Zoo. Cruising Lake Geneva - Tuesday, August 1, 2017 Sail around the entire 20 mile shoreline of Lake Geneva and hear all of the history that made the area famous. Cantigny Park Museums and Gardens Tuesday, November 7, 2017 Visit this historic park and Museums created by Robert R McCormick in Wheaton, IL. Step back in time and explore the life, family and passions of the great Robert McCormick on a guided narrative tour of his 20th-century mansion, the Robert R. McCormick House. We will tour the First Division Museum. A tribute to all those who have served and continue to serve to protect America’s freedom.

The newly renovated museum features fascinating interactive exhibits of armed conflicts from World War I to current conflicts. We will enjoy lunch at Le Jardin before returning to Park Place.
