Fruit Dip Ingredients: 1 cup Sour Cream 1 Cup Milk 1 Pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix 1 1/2 Cups Cool Whip Fresh Fruit of your choice (for dipping) Instructions: 1. Mix the sour cream, milk and vanilla pudding mix until blended 2. Fold in the cool whip 3. Serve with fresh fruit

As a Friendly Reminder With kids out of school and many adults out of work, there is a high volume of residents walking, running, and riding their bikes, etc. in our community. Safety is our biggest concern, and we ask that all residents adhere to the established 25mph speed limit and obey all street signs. We value the community coming together and enjoying the wonderful weather we are lucky to experience and want you and your families to remain safe at all times.

Waterleigh’s Bike Gang “We meet weekdays at 5 pm at the Phase 1 Clubhouse Parking Lot. The ride is about 8 miles, ride for 60 to 90 minutes through Waterleigh and surrounding communities (we don’t go on Avalon). Old YMCA is the closest we get to a main road Everyone is welcome!”

How to make a simple color Scavenger Hunt for Kids Supplies Needed: White Paper Markers

Directions: 1. Write “Color Scavenger Hunt” at the top of the white paper 2. Choose the colors you want the kids to hunt for and use your colored markers to scribble small squares onto the front of the bag for each color.

3. Pass the papers to the kids and let them have fun finding all of the colors on the paper 4. If you have multiple kids, and everyone is finished, sit in a circle and have a show and tell about all the items everyone found 14

Flan Recipe Hello my name is Jessica Rojina, and I’m from Mexico. I'd like to share my grandma and mom flan recipe with you. My parents have a big place back in Mexico and it includes hens, ducks, peacocks, over 30 love birds (my mom favorites) and a lot of dogs!

When I lived there my mom send me and my sister to pick up the hen's eggs every day and she'd make the most delicious flan. This is the recipe: Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 condensed milk can 1 evaporated milk can 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 1/2 cup sugar A flanera is ideal, but you can be creative and use other containers (Mason Jars work great too, just find a pan big enough to do the water bath) Instructions: Set aside the sugar and beat or blend everything else.

Make caramel with the sugar putting it on a small pan until caramelized, don't burn it!

Then put it into the flanera or a Pyrex or any other heat resistant container, again Mason's jars make a great single served containers.

Wait until is cold and pour the mix over. If using a regular container, cover well with foil paper, you can even use a rubber band to secure it or, close tight the Mason's jars.

Put water in a bigger pan, enough to cover 1/4 of the flanera or mix containers. Close it with the lid.

Heat it in a medium heater on your stove and put it in medium heat for an hour. Check every half hour that you still have enough water or it'll burn. It's ok to pour a little more hot water if necessary.

It will be ready when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, flip it in a plate and enjoy cold!

You can use caramel flavor or any other instead of vanilla, and if only adult will enjoy this you can add an ounce of kalua or Bailey's, it'd taste amazing!

Corn Dip Ingredients: 1 12oz can Shoe Peg corn, drained 4oz package grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 cup Sour Cream 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1-2 T grated onion Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients 2. Chill until served 3. Serve with Fritos Corn Chips

Important Reminders PARKING: Please make sure that you (and any of your guests) are properly parked after hours in your driveway. If street parking is required due to vehicles not fitting in your driveway please be mindful not to block any sidewalks or neighboring driveways. Also note the no parking signs through out the community on certain streets. There is no parking in the alleyway at any time. Commercial vehicles cannot be parked in the community unless they are on site doing work in your home.

TRASH CANS: Trash and recycling containers must be stored in your garage or out of sight from street view and must be in an HOA approved enclosure unit or shielded by plants that have been approved by the HOA. This applies to Single Family Homes. Townhomes must also store inside or use HOA approved enclosure unit. Garbage receptacles can be put out on the curb no earlier than 6:00 pm the evening before pick up and must be removed and stored no later than 9:00 am the day after pickup.

PETS: Please be a courteous neighbor and clean up after your furry friends. There are pet waste stations located throughout the community for your convenience. All dogs must be on a leash at all times when not in an enclosed patio or fenced area.

ASSESSMENTS: Please keep in mind that your monthly assessments are due on the first day of each month. Note: any assessments processed after the 10th day of each month are considered interest charges. As a friendly reminder, you have the option of paying online or mailing your payment to the bank lockbox.

AIR BNB – SHORT TERM RENTALS: There are absolutely no AIR BNB rentals that are allowed in our community. Long Term Rentals of 7 months or longer are allowed in the community. Owners that choose to lease their units must provide a full copy of an executed lease to the Master Community for the tenants to be registered to use Amenities in the Community.

ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL FOR EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS: All changes to the exterior of your home require and approval from the HOA. This includes but not limited to: Gutters, Fences, Screen Patios, Patio Extensions, Pools, Docks. Architectural Applications and requirements can be found on line on the community website.

LAKE FRONT LOTS: The Master HOA owns the land around Lake Hickory Nut abutting all the lakefront homes. An easy indicator is of the property line is the HOA land starts where the Conservation Signs are located and all the land behind the sign. There is to be no clearing or removal of any debris in this area. Not only is it monitored by the HOA but also by the EPD. Anyone found to have cleared vegetation or plant material in this area could be fined by the HOA and the EPD to cure.

LANDSCAPING: No landscaping is to be altered in any manner (removal or addition of) without prior HOA approval.

Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 stick chopped butter Instructions: 1. Mix flour & butter together 2. Pat into a 9x13 baking dish 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15min

Ingredients: 3 cups milk 2 packages lemon instant pudding mix 8oz softened Cream Cheese Instructions: 1. Mix ingredients together & let gel 2. Pour gelled mixture into cooled crust 3. Top with Cool whip
