JANUARY NEWS
I cannot believe we are already into 2025. Your Wasilla Chamber Board and Staff put in a lot of hard work throughout 2024 to make it the successful year it was, and accomplished a lot of the goals we have been building toward behind the scenes. We are looking forward to 2025 with a full schedule of events, lots of new opportunities for our membership, updates coming your way, and a shining north star for this organization to follow. We are proud of our Wasilla Chamber and what we have and will continue to accomplish. We invite everyone to join us for our Annual Membership Meeting & Member Awards in March. Watch for the nomination forms to be available for Member Awards starting next week. We are excited about our annual Love Local promotion in February - contact us if you would like to be a part of that this year. We are looking forward to welcoming our 2025 Board in the coming weeks, and I hope you all will join me in thanking them all for their service to the Wasilla Chamber. As we move full steam ahead into 2025, we would love to get to know our members and their preferences a bit more and invite everyone to participate in our monthly microsurveys. These short 3 to 5 question surveys help us gauge what the membership needs and wants, and allow us to plan and move forward accordingly.

You can click the links above to register for each luncheon. Pre-registration helps speed up check in, and helps us give accurate information to the facility so they can prepare enough seats and food for everyone who will be attending. There is no meeting fee to attend Wasilla Chamber luncheon for Wasilla Chamber Members, but lunch is available to purchase at check in. 100% of the lunch cost is paid to the facility.

The Mat-Su Health Foundation offers financial and strategic support to well-managed 501(c)(3) organizations that offer services and practical solutions to significant health-related problems impacting the citizens of the Mat-Su Borough. Some of our grant programs are open year-round, while others open for specific time periods. Please review our grant guidelines to see if your organization might be qualified to apply for funding.
